- Love wins when we do it together: this Instragram post has a great story about what a bunch of folks living in a neighborhood did when someone decided to chain a cross to random places on Gay Street (not made up, that's actually the name of the street). Cute.
- If you've never had the "pleasure" of listening to some dumb white guy in a MAGA hat on the street before, Erin over at Autostraddle has you covered with a playlist that embodies the MAGA experience. A+ trolling.
- Speaking of making countries great again, in case you missed the news, France picked a new president yesterday, and the sane citizens of the world breathed a sigh of relief. Macron, the sane candidate, defeated Putin's Puppet Marine Le Pen by a huge margin, proving that the French are not as dumb as Americans after all. The New York Times has a roundup of the election, including a bit about how Macron and his team planted fake documents in their databases, knowing that they might get hacked by wikileaks. No, we don't normally cover world politics on this blog, as that isn't our niche. But this news was so good, we couldn't pass it up. Thank you, France, for letting sanity rule.
