Today in WTF News: Sofia Vergara is being sued by her embryos. Or rather, her former partner Nick Loeb is suing in their name in a case where he posits that the embryos are being denied their lawful inheritance on account of not being born at all. If the third-world and anti-woman state that is Louisiana should rule in Mr. Loeb's favor, it would set a precedent for embryos and fetuses having monetary rights over a woman's choice. (Ivonne)
