• Kotaku: game developers in Vienna are trying to get gaming out of the home and into the city's famous coffeehouses to encourage the social aspect. During the day, families can play video games in the soothing atmosphere of these cafes, and at night the games head to night clubs to be played against the backdrop of European electronica. Cool stuff!


• In a story better than your average fiction, a Russian woman crosses two oceans to be with her girlfriend. Not only is this a feel-good gay story with a happy ending, but it also points out how the internet has really changed things for gay people, and for the better (well, sometimes. Definitely in this story).

• Because we definitely need more of this kind of stuff, the Beyond Anthology kickstarter has started. This is a queer sci-fi comic anthology, and it sounds like something worth supporting!
