Really, we're only bringing this up because over the weekend, a whole lot of NFL players and even owners staged a very blatant protest against Donald Trump. This Washington Post bit about how this came about talks about Colin Kaepernick, a man of color and a player who has been ousted from the league simply because of the personal protests he staged last year against cops killing people of color.
